"I have been bringing my dogs to Laurelton for five years. I switched to Laurelton as my previous veterinarian's office involved extreme wait times (sometimes hours) for both appointments and bill payment. The staff at Laurelton is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and they treat my dogs with genuine compassion and kindness. I have always been able to schedule appointments in a timely manner and I get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was put on hold, maybe two times in five years, and it only lasted a couple of minutes. The facility is clean and comfortable. I am very happy with the care my dogs receive."
