They reserve spots in their schedule for same day emergency visits if, unfortunately, they are ever needed. The staff is friendly and responsive. If they don't pick up when you call - they call or text back within minutes. They call and/or text when my dogs prescription is ready for pickup. My dog had to have a small procedure and their estimated cost was very accurate to my final bill. Most importantly, I feel like they care about the animals and treat the animals and owners with respect. Dr. Boehm has been very patient with my dog who can be very skittish and he was very patient with me in asking several questions regarding a potential surgery for my dog.
